Apple Watch Service
As an Apple Authorised Service provider we can assist in troubleshooting your Apple Watch and facilitate repair of your Apple Watch and it's accessories. Should your Apple Watch require repair we will securely package your device and send it to the Apple Repair Centre in Sydney. Normally the repair process will take between 5 to 10 business days.

How Long Will My Repair Take?
In most cases we need to send your Apple Watch to the Apple Repair Centre in Sydney. If this is the case it will normally be between 5 to 10 business days.
How Much Will My Repair Cost?
Apple Watch within Warranty Coverage
If your iPhone issue is covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law and has no accidental damage or unauthorised modification there is no charge for us to repair your Apple Watch.

Apple Watch with damaged display, other damage or out-of-warranty
Due to the number of different models specific pricing will be provided by your technician when your Apple Watch is assessed in-store.

Apple Watch Hermès, Apple Watch Edition* $119.00
*Repair may need to be completed at an Apple Retail Store or directly with AppleCare phone support.
