What do I bring with me when I bring my Beats in for repair?
1. Please bring any accessories related to the problem your experiencing with your device. e.g. Power adapters and charging cables.
2. In most cases we will also need a copy of your proof of purchase / receipt / tax invoice, in order to validate your warranty coverage.
How Long Will My Repair Take?
In most cases we need to send your Beats device to the Apple Repair Centre in Sydney. If this is the case it will normally be between 5 to 10 business days.

What do I bring with me when I bring my accessory in for repair?
1. Please bring any other accessories or device related to the problem your experiencing with your accessory.
Example:
Power adapter - Please bring the computer or iOS device your having trouble charging.
Lightning Cable - Please bring the iOS device your trying to charge and the power adapter its being connected to.
AirPod - Please bring both AirPods and the charging case.
2. In most cases we will also need a copy of your proof of purchase / receipt / tax invoice, in order to validate your warranty coverage. If the accessory was included with another device you purchased please bring said device or its serial number.
How Long Will My Repair Take?
For our technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with your accessory we normally need your device for 2 to 4 business days. However depending on the accessory in some cases we may need to send device to the Apple Repair Centre in Sydney which takes between 5 to 10 business days.
